At Udhyog Bazar, we aim to provide a reliable and convenient marketplace for customers and businesses. Since products and services listed on our platform may be offered by different sellers or businesses, return and refund conditions may vary depending on the seller, product, and type of purchase.

1. Returns

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product received is significantly different from the description provided.

  • The seller has specifically offered a return option for that product.

Return requests should be submitted within the period specified by the respective seller.

Products must generally be returned in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging, accessories, and other applicable materials.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products or services may not be eligible for return, including:

    • Customized or personalized products

    • Perishable goods

    • Digital products or downloadable content

    • Services that have already been fully provided

    • Products specifically marked as non-returnable by the seller

    • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

The applicable seller’s return terms will take precedence where clearly stated.

      3. Refunds

If a return or refund request is approved, the refund will generally be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, where applicable.

The refund amount may depend on the circumstances of the return and the seller’s applicable refund policy.

Shipping or delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product.

      4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, the processing time may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, payment provider, and seller.

Udhyog Bazar will communicate the applicable refund status where necessary.

      5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact the seller as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, you may be asked to provide:

      • Order or transaction details

      • Photographs or videos of the received product

      • Details of the issue

      • Other information necessary to verify the claim

This information may be used to review and resolve the request.

        6. Exchange

Product exchange may be available depending on the seller and product.

If an exchange option is available, the seller may specify the applicable conditions, availability, and exchange period.

        7. Seller Responsibility

Udhyog Bazar may provide a platform for businesses and customers to connect. Individual sellers or businesses may be responsible for fulfilling orders, delivering products, handling returns, and processing refunds according to their stated terms.

Customers should review the seller’s return, refund, delivery, and product conditions before completing a purchase.

        8. Cancellation

Order cancellation may be possible before the order has been processed or shipped, depending on the seller’s policy.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or completed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

        9. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact the relevant seller or contact Udhyog Bazar through the contact information provided on our website.

Please include your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for your request.

        10. Policy Changes

Udhyog Bazar reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy when necessary.

Any changes will be published on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
